We are proud to have built such a highly qualified and close-knit friendly team at PFC. Educational development is strongly encouraged and 4 employees are pursuing higher professional examinations. Unusually in the profession, everyone at the PFC Cumbria has professional qualifications. Two of our paraplanners have the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS), with one only 1 exam away from reaching this milestone. An ethos of Collective Responsibility with mutual support ensures a happy working environment. Personal milestones are marked with Birthdays, Exam success and family additions all being celebrated with a cream tea. The mutual love of making great espresso coffee always provides a convivial atmosphere at coffee time.
