Unusually in the profession, everyone at the PFC Cumbria has professional qualifications. All of our paraplanners have the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS).  An ethos of Collective Responsibility with mutual support ensures a happy working environment. Personal milestones are marked with Birthdays, Exam success and family additions all being celebrated with a cream tea. The mutual love of making great espresso coffee always provides a convivial atmosphere at coffee time.
